CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORKS WITH EXEMPLARS
Instinctively being a servant leader has created my self awarenss of being an advocate with vision. Being a visionary has formed my passion, and has allowed me to dream. In the process of moving forward I have learned to value teamwork, and collaboration, and how to become a leader while supporting others. Equally as a true visionary I imagine what courses of action will benefit the future.
TEAMWORK
Teamwork makes the dream work, it is in the teamwork that things are birthed. A team is a working unit of people with the same essential purpose or principal. Teams are a means of achieving results which are too big to be achieved alone. Participative leader is a form of teamwork involving the team in making some, but not all, key decisions. Due to the intelligence of highly skilled professionals it beneifits an organization to adopt a participative leadership model. Motivating employees who are knowledge workers is based on making them feel valued. There is simply no better way to make people feel valued than to ask them, genuinely, for their advice, in participative leadership accountability is required, and the urgency of the team will translate into energy that pushes beyond any one individual

ADVOCACY
As a vision it was deposited within me years ago to advocate for those who are deprived of a decent standard of living due to disabling conditions. An advocate speaks or writes in favor of; support or urges by argument; for others, and I simply see myself as a servant leader standing in for another whom possible are incapable or less knowledgeable in a particular area of need. When I accepted the responsibility of becoming an advocate, I truly did not understand exactly what the word advocate meant or the responsibility that came with providing advocacy. Once I accepted the responsibility to advocate, I began to understand that advocating for another was a divine privilege.

SELF AWARENESS
Self-awareness is the capacity for introspection and the ability to reconcile oneself as an individual separate from the environment and other individuals. Self-awareness, though similar to sentience in concept, includes the experience of the self, and has been argued as implicit to the hard problem of consciousness. My self awarenss has given me a believe that life can be better for those who have no wherewithal to reach their full potential. In exploring my self I have become aware of my passion which gives me great fortitude, and constantly gives me drive and anticipation for an optimum quality of life. My passion is to empower people who can not do better. I feel it is my responsibility to empower them with the knowledge, and the information in which I have been entrusted. One of the ways I feel I can empower people in through collaborative efforts.

COLLABORATION
Collaboration is not a new concept, yet today it is very commonly used, working together to achieve a common goal. It is a recursive process where two or more people or organizations work together to realize shared goals, (this is more than the intersection of common goals seen in co-operative ventures, but a deep, collective, determination to reach an identical objective.) True collaboration requires leadership, and teamwork, creating partnerships and favorable results for all.

In retrospect I chose the frameworks on teamwork, self awareness, advocacy, and collaboration because I truly believe that each one of the characteristics embraces servant leadership which denotes who I am . I feel servant leadership keeps me grounded, humble and favorable, these values allow me the privilege to advocate for others, and to be a servant leader, and for this I am most grateful.
